We have decided to ship exclusively to the Australian market, this is as a result of our Australian suppliers and the ability of shipping to customers in the fastest time possible.

All of the Relore products are sourced from Australian suppliers, who either manufacture, or source their products primarily in Australia. Majority of the products provided on Relore are Australian made, the remainder are bought overseas, and stocked in Australia.

Shipping times vary based on the product you purchase, and your place of residence. Those living in urban areas, will receive their product sooner than those living in rural areas. Though an average shipping, times are between 3-8 business days.

If you have not yet waited up to a week over the estimated shipping time for you product, please do so. Otherwise please contact us, and we will do everything we can to solve your issue.

We sadly do not offer click and collect. Our shipping times are short, so feel free to shop online..

Our shipping methods vary based on the products weight, size, and the state of your residence. Our most commonly used shipping couriers include Australia post, Aramex and Allied Express.
